    <li>Employees must not disclose guest interactions, preferences, or feedback to the media or external parties.</li>

    <li>Employees must not access the booking system for personal reasons.</li>
    <li>Accessing guest or company data out of curiosity is strictly prohibited.</li>
    <li>All system access is monitored and audited.</li>
    <li>Unauthorised access is considered gross misconduct and will result in summary dismissal.</li>
</ul>

<h2 style="color:#ffffff;">6. Handling of Public Figures & VIP Guests</h2>
<ul style="color:#ffffff;">
    <li>Employees must not take or share photos/videos of any guest, including VIPs or public figures.</li>
    <li>Employees must not disclose visit details, food preferences, or transactions.</li>
    <li>Employees must prevent other guests from approaching VIPs unless permitted.</li>
    <li>All media inquiries must be referred to the Marketing Director.</li>
</ul>
<p style="color:#ffffff;">Violations will result in disciplinary action, up to and including summary dismissal.</p>

<h2 style="color:#ffffff;">7. Social Media & External Communication</h2>
<ul style="color:#ffffff;">
    <li>Employees must not share confidential information on social media, blogs, or public forums.</li>
    <li>Only authorised employees can handle media and press inquiries.</li>
    <li>Employees must not engage with journalists or arrange media appearances without prior approval.</li>
</ul>

<h2 style="color:#ffffff;">8. Legal Framework & GDPR Compliance</h2>
<p style="color:#ffffff;">JKS Restaurants processes and protects personal data under:</p>
<ul style="color:#ffffff;">
    <li>UK GDPR & Data Protection Act 2018</li>
    <li>ICO Guidelines on Data Protection</li>
    <li>Employment Rights Act 1996</li>

<p class="conduit" style="font-size:20px; color:#2e2a1f; text-align:left;letter-spacing:2.2px;">Inspired by the army mess bars of India, where military regiments go to eat, drink and socialise, Brigadiers accommodates 140 covers internally with a further 34 on an outdoor terrace. Encouraging socialising and camaraderie, live sport is shown on demand in selected rooms, whilst pool and classic card games is offered for those who wish to play while they eat and drink. The food offering focuses on different methods of Indian barbecue, utilising tandoors, charcoal grills, rotisseries, wood ovens and classic Indian smokers. The drinks offering marries together the food and social spirit of the restaurant with beer, whisky, cocktails on tap and large serves.</p>

The Gymkhana menus take influence from the breadth of India, focusing on tandoori-grilled specialties, classic regional curries, biryanis and chaat-style sharing plates. The flavours are bold, rooted in tradition and richly layered with spices. The bars at Gymkhana specialise in a collection of Club Cocktails, which showcase the finest Indian ingredients and flavour combinations, offering a modern Indian interpretation on renowned classics. Above the restaurant is 42, Gymkhana’s intimate cocktail lounge. Gymkhana received its second Michelin Star in 2024, a decade after the first Star and winning Best Restaurant at the National Restaurant Awards and BMW Square Meal Restaurant of the Year.</p>

<p class="mreaves" style="font-size:20px; color:#000000; text-align:left;">Trishna is a contemporary Indian restaurant with a focus on coastal cuisine from south west India. The wine list is constantly evolving, representing extraordinary examples from classic and emerging regions, each selected to pair with the diverse range of flavours found in the food. </p>
<p class="mreaves" style="font-size:20px; color:#000000; text-align:left;">The informal and pared back aesthetic of the interiors, offset with antique mirrors, marble table tops and original wooden panelling offer a sociable neighbourhood dining atmosphere, with terrace doors that open onto the street, creating a semi-alfresco ambience throughout the restaurant. Within the basement is a private dining room in informal and discrete surroundings with the wine cellar setting the backdrop. </p>
<p class="mreaves" style="font-size:20px; color:#000000; text-align:left;">Trishna has held a Michelin star since 2012, following the award of a Michelin Bib Gourmand in 2011.</p>
